		since 6th April 2000 and all donations that I may
		make in the future as Gift Aid Donations and I
		confirm that I am a UK taxpayer. I understand
		that I must pay an amount of income tax or
		capital gains tax equal to the tax that will be
		reclaimed on my donations, currently approx. 28p
		for every £1 of donation and I undertake to
		notify you when I no longer pay income tax or
		capital gains tax equal to the tax that you will
		reclaim on my donations.
