Len Worboys of Sight & Sound Technology called in to see us last week to hand over some demonstration equipment to Liz Bowman, our Mobile Information Officer, which will be used in our new Mobile Information Unit. Sight & Sound have donated a laptop computer with access technology software as well as a Ruby portable electronic magnifier. We are extremely grateful to Sight & Sound for this support which will enable us to demonstrate the type of technology that blind and partially sighted people can use.
