To set up a monthly direct debit please print off this form and return to us or contact Steve, and let us know how much you wish to donate and when you would like to make the payment each month.

To set up a monthly standing order please print off this form and send it to us contact Steve (number and email below)

If you are a UK taxpayer please do not forget to complete the appropiate section to enable us to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation. Gift Aid means that for every £1 donated we can claim an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs, at no cost to you. This is because if you are a UK taxpayer, you have already paid tax on the donation you make.
